Office Manager
Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77093
Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday
Must be experienced in office support and a multi-tasker with the ability to "wear may hats".
Experience in supply or distribution business is highly preferred.
Duties include:
- General Office / Clerical work
- Manage Office Supplies
- Answering phones and greeting guests
- Excel and Word skills
- Correspondence / responding to emails
- Billing
- Process Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Filing / Scanning
- Provide access for deliveries and outbound shipments
- Scheduling
- Creating sales orders and e-mailing them
- Adding to QC/Data logs, e-mailing projects, making file on server, making Folders
- Light office cleaning when required
- Process incoming mail
Requirements
- Experience working in a Supply or Distribution company is preferred.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be a fast learner
- Be able to work in a collaborative small office environment
- Ability to multi-task and handle diversified responsibilities
- Ability to work with office and shop personnel
- Shipping experience is useful, but not required. Will train
- Excel skills
