POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is for a Marketing Associate with in-depth digital marketing knowledge.
The associate will work directly with the CEO and Operations in developing,
guiding, and communicating a strategic marketing plan for enhancing customer
experience and company growth. This professional will maintain a strong brand image,
plan diverse marketing events, purchase and inventory collateral and promotional
marketing material, develop and update all social media platforms, and maintain and
continually enhance the Company website. These efforts are for the purpose of
maintaining and continuously promoting the Company as an industry leader and
ensuring the finest client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Evaluate current and develop new marketing strategy and marketing plan with CEO & Operations.
· Maintain established Marketing Plan and track performance
· Attend Weekly Meetings with Supervisor and follow the agenda
· Complete and submit a Marketing Department Monthly Report
· Plan, direct, and coordinate all Company marketing efforts
· Organize company conferences, trade shows, webinars, and major events
· Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing
· Manage all social media platforms, sites, postings, data collection, and analysis
· Maintain and continually enhance the website
· Maintain customer contact and mailing lists
· Identify additional target markets and clients
· Develop, publish, and distribute the Company's monthly newsletter & mass emails
· Create graphics for print and digital marketing using Canva.com and other programs
· Manage Company photos and future photography
· Create, obtain approval for, order, and inventory collateral and promotional
· marketing materials
· Visit unions, doctors’ offices, and additional potential referral sources
· Write and distribute a monthly press release
· Managing internal communications regarding Company events and marketing
· related.
· Proof, edit, and obtain approval for all written material that is distributed.
· Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2-3 years of experience in professional marketing services. Law firm experience highly desirable, but not required.
· Ability to bring and implement ideas that can yield a strategic impact with a proven track record
· record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 as well as an aptitude to learn new software applications.
· Must have in-depth experience with digital marketing
· Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written, with an understanding of Google Analytics.
· Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to respond effectively to maintain relationships with clients and staff to exhibit a high degree of responsiveness, diplomacy, and professionalism.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

This position operates in a professional office or hybrid remote setting and requires routine use of standard office equipment.
