This position plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front-office duties, supporting clinical staff, and maintaining efficient patient flow—all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide required patient forms, review for completeness, collect co-pays and balances, and update demographic and insurance information.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; respond to routine questions and relay accurate messages to clinical staff in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including follow-up visits, in alignment with office and provider guidelines.
  • Manage patient check-out, provide appointment details, and handle cancellations or rescheduling as needed.

  • Supportive, patient-centered environment with a collaborative team culture.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the patient experience every day.
