Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors while ensuring an attentive and friendly reception experience.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
• Provide employment applications to walk-in candidates and guide them through the basic intake process.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Operate a multi-line phone system to manage inbound calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
• Collaborate with team members to complete front-office assignments efficiently.
• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information or direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
• Maintain a focused demeanor while managing the flow of visitors and calls.• Bilingual proficiency in English is required; Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a receptionist or front-office role.
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and manage inbound calls effectively.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail in appearance and demeanor to represent the company positively.
• Comfortable working with basic office equipment and software.
