WDJT-TV, Weigel Broadcasting’s CBS affiliate in Milwaukee Wisconsin, is searching for an experienced Editor to join The Hometown Team.
This is a full-time video editor position supporting our 4p and 9p newscasts Monday through Friday by editing news and sports, posting video to digital platforms and utilizing different sources including feeds, archives, and raw video to assemble various types of news stories.
Successful candidates will have non-linear experience, preferably using Edius software, have effective communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Previous newscast editing experience is a plus. Must be flexible with working hours which may include weekends and holidays.
