Job Description

We are a prominent private practice with offices in Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach

seeking a full-time individual to provide exceptional patient care in a professional setting. Hours

would include Saturday. Our practice uses the latest technology to screen and treat patients. Our

staff is cross-trained and strives in providing the best possible experience for our patients in a

caring environment.

The right candidate is someone who is highly self motivated, is cheerful and has an outgoing

personality, a strong sales ability, is knowledgeable organized and detail oriented, has the ability

to multi-task, is reliable, and possesses exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, optical sales/dispensing/adjustments, insurance

billing and verification, preliminary testing duties, contact lens training, patient reception and

answering phones. Prior private practice experience is desired as well as experience with

Officemate® software, VSP and other major vision plans.
