Step into a collaborative shop where your craftsmanship shapes high-precision components and your CNC skills keep advancing. As a mid-level CNC professional, you’ll handle complex setups, keep production on spec, and solve problems that keep work moving.

Day in the Life

You’ll begin by reviewing setup sheets and tool lists, preparing workholding and tooling to get the next run dialed in. You’ll execute complex setups, verify programs, and adjust offsets as needed. Throughout the run, you’ll monitor quality and troubleshoot any issues to maintain tight tolerances and throughput. You’ll communicate updates to leads, log production, and keep your area clean and safe.

What You’ll Own

• CNC Operations: Set up machines per setup sheets and tool lists; run parts to spec and resolve issues on the fly.
• Quality & Troubleshooting: Maintain high production standards by inspecting parts and addressing process or tooling concerns.
• Maintenance & Safety: Conduct routine upkeep on machines and tools to ensure efficiency; follow all safety policies; maintain an organized workstation.
• Reporting & Communication: Share status updates and collaborate with the team to keep jobs on schedule.

About You

• Level: CNC Machinist II (mid-level) with experience in advanced machining operations and strong problem-solving ability.
• Education & Experience: Background that supports complex setups and production in a CNC environment.
• Skills & Competencies: Comfortable reading setup documentation, selecting tooling, and maintaining quality.
• Work Environment: Team-oriented, supportive, and quality-driven.
• Schedule: Schedule details to be discussed during the hiring process.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $22.00–$30.00/hr.
