Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available from April 20th through May 22nd, 2026, with continuation for Extended School Year (ESY) services from June 1st to June 30th (excluding June 19th for the holiday). This onsite position serves an elementary caseload comprising students with high needs in a school setting located in Liberty, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to students communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs within an elementary caseload

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential and state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in schools, preferably with elementary-aged students
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
  • Ability to manage a caseload of students with complex communication needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in an educational environment

Location and Schedule:

  • Liberty, Missouri
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Onsite presence required to provide hands-on therapy sessions and team collaboration
