Job Description
Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk will perform high-speed manual key data entry, document validation, indexing, and quality control of digital documents. The role also includes verification of extracted data, redaction validation, and processing financial check information. Candidates must have relevant data entry experience and will be required to take a typing test.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images
  • Validate document classifications created by automated systems
  • Validate automatically extracted data from digital documents
  • Review and validate automatically applied document redactions
  • Conduct manual metadata indexing for digital documents
  • Perform quality control checks on documents converted to digital format
  • Validate check data for incoming checks
  • Reconcile check batch totals
  • Distribute check amounts across accounts as required by the customer


Required Skills:

  • Strong typing skills (typing test required)
  • Reflective work experience in data entry
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to validate and review digital documents
  • Ability to work with check processing tasks


Education: High School
