We are seeking a Procurement Manager to build and lead Pango’s procurement processes end-to-end. This role includes ownership of supplier management, contract oversight, commercial negotiations, and implementation of procurement policies and tools, while maintaining a practical, flexible, scale-up mindset.
- 3–6 years of procurement experience in a tech/SaaS/startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong experience in contract management and commercial negotiations.
- Solid financial understanding, including contract review and budget impact.
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems (Priority – advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch, operate independently, and collaborate with senior leadership.
