Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pennsylvania to provide virtual therapy services to K-12 students. This fully remote position allows you to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to deliver individualized speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each students needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using VocoVisions teletherapy platform.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
  • Attend virtual IEP meetings and other relevant school team meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Pennsylvania.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Credential: Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required.
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in schools (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology; completion of brief technology screening required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Pennsylvanias school-based requirements and special education services.
  • Previous teletherapy experience.
  • Experience with a diverse K-12 caseload, including students with various communication disorders.
