Title: Operations Manager
Description: We are seeking a full-time dedicated Operations Manager to assist Ownership in overseeing day-to-day operations and growth of three full-service restaurants in the Ogallala, Nebraska area. We are locally owned and operated and our team consists of approximately 50 employees including 5 department managers.
Salary: $62,400-$83,200 / Base Salary (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)
This position is exempt, the expected hours are 60-65/week.
Eligible for bi-annual bonuses based on performance (Operating Expense Margin Targets and Leadership)
The ideal candidate understands in this executive leadership role, you will receive requests from staff at the various restaurant locations regularly. Some requests may require physical response to the location during off hours.
Please note, in our search to find a great partner in growth - only full-service restaurant management experience with references will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action
- Ensure business quality standards are met
- Develop and implement best practices to maximize team efficiency
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience working as a General Manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize
- The knowledge of all facets in the restaurant business is important, cooking, bartending, administrative, etc...
- Knowledge of COGS, Labor, Etc... is critical.
