Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center Derry, NH $53–$55/hour
Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to support residents with functional goals related to safety, independence, and daily activities.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions</li>
<li>Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive strategies</li>
<li>Collaborate with rehab staff and families regarding care plans</li>
<li>Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment as needed</li>
<li>Maintain compliant documentation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Active OT license required</li>
<li>Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
</ul>
