Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Case/Center Manager to lead the comprehensive operations of a large, national rehabilitation clinic. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be instrumental in driving clinical excellence, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performing, patient-focused team. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care while championing a positive culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, directly impacting both patient outcomes and the clinic's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth:

Develop and execute center-specific strategic plans, including marketing and sales initiatives, to expand patient referrals and drive financial growth.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with physicians, payers, and external stakeholders to enhance clinic visibility and partnerships.

Oversee comprehensive financial performance, including managing fiscal budgets, optimizing profitability, and controlling expenses.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

Direct daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless workflow efficiency and adherence to all company policies, state, and federal regulations.

Implement and maintain robust quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of care.

Ensure a clean, safe, and regulatory-compliant clinical environment for both patients and staff.

Team Leadership & Development:

Foster a positive, engaging team environment that promotes high retention, job satisfaction, and professional growth.

Manage all aspects of employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff, including conducting orientations, developing training programs, and performing performance reviews.

Optimize caseload management and staff productivity to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

Clinical Oversight & Patient Experience:
-
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered physical or occupational therapy services, strictly adhering to state practice acts.

Provide direct patient care, including conducting evaluations, implementing treatments, and performing ongoing assessments.

Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and referring physicians to ensure coordinated care.

Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications:
-
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) program (CAPTE accredited or equivalent for international candidates).

Active state licensure/registration in California as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.

Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in physical therapy or occupational therapy settings.

Minimum of 2+ years of proven management or supervisory experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.

Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, financial management, and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing a large clinic or multi-site rehabilitation operations.

Demonstrated success in driving clinic growth and increasing patient referrals.

Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 annually.

Performance Incentives: Opportunity for annual performance bonuses of up to 8%.
