Location: Washington, DC
Reports To: Director, Behavioral Health Fellowship Program
Schedule: Part-Time 20 hours per week

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and mentorship to post-graduate behavioral health fellows training in the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) model within primary care. Responsibilities include weekly supervision, documentation review, case consultation, didactic support, and performance evaluation to ensure high-quality patient care and fellow development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision and on-site clinical guidance

• Support fellows with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Review/co-sign clinical documentation and progress notes

• Assist with educational goals, evaluations, and skills development

• Participate in fellowship didactics, workshops, and consultations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and BH leadership

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted DC LICSW (or reciprocity eligible)

  • LPC, LMFT, PsyD also considered

• Minimum 2 years clinical or educational experience

• Experience in the IBH model

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• Supervisory experience preferred (1+ year)
