Job Summary:
ED RN Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with hospital policies. This role provides clinical leadership, supports nursing staff, and ensures efficient patient flow in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
•\tAtleast 5 years ED Nursing experience
•\tleadership experience preferred
Supervisory duties include:
•\tDaily unit flow, supporting Team Lead
•\tStaff scheduling issues: managing call outs etc.
•\tAbility to step into an assignment when census is high or call out occurs that cannot be backfilled – including triage
•\tRepresent unit at house-wide bed huddles
