Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy
• Background in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Valid Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families

Location:

• Olathe, KS

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy
• Provide direct therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
