Location: Blaine, MN
Wage: $27.00 – $40.00/hr. | DOE
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday & 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Friday
Position Type: Direct Hire | 1st Shift

Duties of the CNC mills machinist:
- Set up and operate 3- and 4-axis milling machines (Hurco, Mazak, etc.)
- Manufacture parts using alloy steel, titanium, and exotic materials
- Utilize precision tools in a controlled inspection environment
- Ensure parts meet strict ISO quality standards and blueprints
- Optimize machine speeds and feeds for various metal types
Requirements of the CNC mills machinist:
- Proven experience in 3- and 4-axis CNC milling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and measuring instruments
- Familiarity with Mastercam or conversational programming
