Join our team as a Forklift Driver in a cold storage environment, operating Reach Truck and Stand-Up Forklifts. You will be responsible for accurately picking orders based on the computer screen on your forklift, loading pallets, and preparing them for shipment to customers. Cold suits and gear will be provided from day one to ensure your comfort in temperatures of roughly 34 degrees in the warehouse and 4 degrees in the freezer.
Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck and Stand-Up Forklifts in cold storage.
- Pick orders based on computer screen instructions.
- Load pallets and prepare them for shipment.
- Ensure good attendance, especially during the training period.
- Comfortably use tablets and computers for order picking.
Essential Skills
- Experience with Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, and general forklift operations.
- Ability to handle inventory and material management.
- Proficiency in order picking, loading, packing, shipping, and receiving.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a warehouse worker, order selector, or order picker.
- Experience working in cold storage environments.
- Good tenure in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
- Comfort with general labor tasks and RF scanner operations.

Work Environment
The work environment is a cold storage facility with temperatures maintained at 34 degrees in the warehouse and 4 degrees in the freezer. Cold suits and gear are provided on day one to ensure your comfort during shifts. Shift options include Day and Night shifts with varying hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
