Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding school-based contract opportunity supporting students from kindergarten through eighth grade within a vibrant educational community. As a full-time speech-language pathologist, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering communication skills and student success in a dynamic environment. You’ll have the autonomy of your own office on the lower campus, while also collaborating across both campuses to effectively serve all students on your caseload.

With a starting student caseload of 58—and six new students transitioning from preschool, with additional enrollments anticipated—your expertise will be instrumental in making a meaningful impact. The position is structured for an academic year beginning August 7, 2026, ending June 4, 2027, with 200 workdays plus 15 additional days, providing ample opportunity to build strong connections and track student progress.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Genuine passion for serving K-8 students in an educational setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language services, including assessment, planning, and implementation of IEPs
  • Maintain and manage a diverse caseload, including new preschool arrivals
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student learning and development
  • Utilize effective documentation and data collection to monitor progress
  • Travel between two campuses as needed

Compensation for this role reflects your dedication, starting at $50+ per hour, and offers a fulfilling chance to make a difference in students’ lives within a close-knit school community.

If you are passionate about elevating student voices and supporting growth in a collaborative school setting, don’t miss this fantastic opportunity. Apply now to begin a meaningful chapter in your speech-language pathology career!
