Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and management of mobility and patient handling programs across multiple hospital sites. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with strong leadership, program development, and clinical expertise who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on operational support. Pay negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of clinical mobility programs in acute care and healthcare settings.

  • Collaborate with hospital leadership, nursing staff, and frontline teams to ensure program adoption and success.

  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to Mobility Technicians, nurses, and other caregivers.

  • Monitor program performance, compliance, and outcomes; recommend improvements based on data and feedback.

  • Ensure adherence to clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines.

  • Act as the primary clinical liaison between Atlas Mobility and partner hospitals.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in State of Practice

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required

  • CNS (Clinical Nurse Specialist) preferred

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting

  • Demonstrated success in program development, program management, staff supervision, and education

  • Experience in hospital operations and ability to manage multiple projects/priorities

  • Strong knowledge of safe patient handling, mobility programs, and hospital workflows

  • Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills

  • Ability to travel to partner hospital sites as needed
