IPS – RMB Products is seeking a Divisional Business Development Director who is responsible for leading and driving strategic growth across a multi-site business sector, aligning initiatives with the company's short- and long-term objectives. This role is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, fostering high-impact partnerships, and overseeing a high-performing sales and business development team. The Director will monitor industry trends and competitor strategies while ensuing superior customer satisfaction and profitability across all sites.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-site sales and business development team to achieve growth targets.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and professional forums to enhance brand visibility and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, product) to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
  • Identify and assess new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Set, monitor, and analyze performance metrics, using insights to improve business strategies and team effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress and presentations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Hybrid work model with frequent site and customer visits, and presence at industry events required.
  • Ensure all business development initiatives are aligned with the organization's overarching strategic goals.
  • Requires both verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Must maintain the confidentiality of all projects, customers, and techniques of RMB Products.

Job Specifications:


Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Years’ Experience:   A minimum of eight years’ experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably in a multi-site or regional setting.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry dynamics.
  • Ability to travel by vehicle and airplane required for domestic and international travel.
