What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and deepen relationships with Realtors, teams, and referral partners
- Originate primarily purchase-focused business
- Manage and grow your pipeline with full operational support
- Work directly with leadership to analyze your business and create a growth plan

Qualifications
- Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License (required)
- Experience generating and closing mortgage business
- Realtor referral experience preferred
- Strong understanding of loan products and pipeline management
- Self-driven with a business-owner mindset
