What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Build and deepen relationships with Realtors, teams, and referral partners
  2. Originate primarily purchase-focused business
  3. Manage and grow your pipeline with full operational support
  4. Work directly with leadership to analyze your business and create a growth plan

Qualifications

  1. Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License (required)
  2. Experience generating and closing mortgage business
  3. Realtor referral experience preferred
