Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting both supply chain operations and marketing initiatives. This role ensures efficient coordination of product movement while assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment scheduling
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor stock levels and assist with demand forecasting and replenishment planning
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and key metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics and marketing efforts with business goals
- Help organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, marketing, or a coordination role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media management tools)
