VP Sales (US Market | Based in USA)


SeeTrue, an AI startup that revolutionizes the security screening process with a worldwide presence and customers, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to spearhead our expansion efforts in the U.S. market, leading the local sales team, driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and positioning SeeTrue as an industry leader.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a Americas focused sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue and expanding market share, particularly with federal and state agencies, including TSA.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Develop customer pipeline and market
  • Hold a personal quota
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key customers, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, such as untapped markets and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with global leadership to align U.S. sales initiatives with the company's overall goals and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the global Delivery, Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Represent SeeTrue at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows across the U.S.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales role in driving sales growth. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, including contract negotiation and closing high-value deals.
  • Proven sales experience with TSA or other relevant U.S. government agencies.
  • Proven sales experience with TSA or other relevant U.S. government agencies.
  • Experience in the Security Screening industry, with a deep understanding of X-Ray/CT security systems
  • Experience working in software companies on HLS sectors products.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/ Marketing/ Business.
