We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team and help us redefine how healthcare is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Care & Problem-Oriented Care:

Evaluate and manage patients across the lifespan for a full range of acute, chronic, and complex health conditions, from minor illnesses and injuries to chronic disease management.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations, to identify patient needs and underlying health issues.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient condition and evidence-based guidelines.

Triage and prioritize patient needs, ensuring urgent or emergent issues are managed appropriately.
Chart Review & Documentation:

Review patient charts daily for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMR, ensuring that all findings, treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions are clearly recorded.

Audit and follow up on labs, diagnostic tests, and referrals to ensure continuity of care.

Communicate with patients regarding abnormal results, medication adjustments, and additional treatment recommendations.
Medical Spa & Wellness Services:

Evaluate patients for medical aesthetics and wellness treatments, ensuring medical appropriateness and safety.

Administer or oversee services such as Botox, dermal fillers, IV therapy, weight loss injections (e.g., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide), and hormone optimization therapy.

Provide education and counseling on lifestyle, nutrition, and overall wellness strategies to improve patient outcomes.
Collaboration & Compliance:

Work closely with the Medical Director and other providers to ensure comprehensive, team-based care.

Participate in case reviews and internal quality improvement initiatives.

Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal clinical regulations.

Engage in telehealth patient visits as needed.
Qualifications
-
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Florida

National board certification (AANP or ANCC)

DEA license (or eligibility)
-
1+ years of experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, or medspa/aesthetics preferred
-
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage patients with diverse medical problems

Excellent charting and documentation skills with attention to detail

Comfort with EMR systems (e.g., Athena, Elation, or similar)
-
Exceptional communication, organizational, and patient education skills
-
Aesthetic certification(s) or willingness to train is a plus
