In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with data entry, vendor communications, and enrollment processing. Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update data into member portals, ensuring all submissions are confirmed and processed correctly.
• Communicate with vendors and representatives to address inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
• Handle enrollment processing and eligibility postings with precision and efficiency.
• Generate and analyze reports to support operational objectives.
• Scan and index documents to maintain organized and accessible records.
• Distribute mail to appropriate departments and individuals.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs.
• Manage email correspondence professionally and effectively.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflows.

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for managing and processing information.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and email correspondence professionally.
• Experience in order entry and document scanning is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage mail distribution and appointment scheduling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
