Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Room position in Lake Geneva, WI, requiring active WI licensure and multiple certifications including TNCC or TNS.

Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license currently in hand
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS
- Prior emergency room RN experience required
- RN education verification required for consideration
Additional Information
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administers medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Participates in department performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance and peer review
- Applies critical thinking to patient safety and experience, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command
- 13-week contract
