Physical Therapist / PT - Full-time Olney IL /Illinois Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC currently has an opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist / PT at Helia Healthcare of Olney in Olney IL / Illinois. Position will also be split with our facilities located in Salem, Effingham and Richland IL / Illinois.
