We are seeking a Warehouse Technician for our Supply Store with expertise in RF Scanner and Forklift Operation. The role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and managing material in warehouse racks using material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize material handling equipment to load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Operate assigned material handling equipment safely and ensure it is inspected and in safe operating condition.
- Stock and arrange products to ensure efficient warehouse inventory turnover.
- Conduct accurate cycle counting to determine material quantities.
- Receive materials into inventory and move them between designated locations as required.
- Ensure accurate entries of part numbers, quantities, and other data fields impacting electronic records of receipts and inventories.
- Resolve discrepancies related to material quantities and part numbers.
- Locate parts, ensuring pallet stability, observing pallet heights, and avoiding damage to material racking and equipment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in operating a forklift.
- Ability to use RF scanners effectively.
- Experience in picking orders and inventory management.
- General labor and material handling skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Practices safe material handling techniques.
- Ability to perform housekeeping tasks as assigned.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required.

The role is designated as Safety Sensitive and requires adherence to safety protocols. The work environment is fast-paced, involving the use of forklifts, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midlothian, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
