Our organization is in search of a full-time urologist to join our skilled and established team in Rapid City, working within a hospital setting.
We offer state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and a dedicated staff. The Rapid City Hospital is a 417-bed regional tertiary care center serving a five-state area and operates as a Level II trauma center.
We provide a highly competitive base salary of $700,000, with opportunities for productivity bonuses starting immediately. Additionally, there are starting and retention bonuses available, totaling up to $240,000. Status: Full-Time
- 182 shifts annually.
- Flexible scheduling options are available, requiring two weeks of work per month, which can be structured as 7 on/7 off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
- This role includes a 24-hour call requirement.
- Daily rounds are necessary, but there is no mandated number of hours to be present on-site.
- No clinic responsibilities are required.
