Psychiatrist opening in CTLocated in Mansfield, 26m to HartfordFull Time PositionWe are seeking a full-time Inpatient Psychiatrist to provide direct patient care in a 57-bed facility focused on trauma and recovery-oriented care. This role emphasizes a strong multidisciplinary approach within a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and substance abuse issues.Conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a collegial work environment.Qualifications:Experience in adult inpatient care and evaluation services, with a background in a multidisciplinary team.Board Certified (or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency) in Psychiatry.Valid medical license in the state of Connecticut, along with DEA and CCSR certifications.Benefits:Loan repayment eligibility and support for professional development.Access to nearby recreational and cultural activities.Connecticut Lifestyle:
