Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : 60 · Patient Ratios : 2-3:1 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : No techs in NICU · Type of equipment : Philips Monitors · Documentation system: Meditech & Centricity Perinatal · Scheduling requirements: 3 12 hr shift per week with rotating weekends & holiday requirements · Floating policy: Float to comparable areas of high need · Patient Experience requirements: Previous NICU experience required Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: Nursing license, BLS, NRP, STABLE
