We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for Auto Bodily Injury (ABI) to manage high-complexity, litigated casualty claims. Whether you prefer a hybrid schedule at our Worcester headquarters or a 100% remote arrangement, you will join a team that prioritizes professional growth, critical thinking, and a "people-first" culture. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the resolution of complex litigated cases involving disputes over coverage, liability, and significant damages.
- Conduct thorough investigations, analyzing testimony and damage declarations to develop cost-effective claim resolution strategies.
- Review and analyze contracts and leases to identify and execute risk transfer opportunities.
- Draft clear, precise positional coverage letters and maintain high standards of confidentiality and customer service.
- Collaborate with defense counsel and vendors to manage litigation expenses and drive timely conclusions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Typically 5+ years of litigation handling experience with an insurance carrier.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- AIC, SCLA, or CPCU preferred.
- Proven ability to negotiate skillfully in high-pressure situations, winning concessions while maintaining positive professional relationships.
