The Pharmacist position would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Pharmacist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $60.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacist Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pharmacist Responsibilities
- Review and dispense medication orders and replenish hoppers
- Oversee pharmacy automation systems and supervise technicians, clerks, and support staff
- Perform quality checks during production and document/report any medication errors
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws and pharmacy policies
- Oversee return-to-stock processes and end-of-day procedures
- Assist with filling medication orders and provide product information to operations teams
- Monitor drug storage and distribution
- Foster teamwork and support overall pharmacy operations
Pharmacist Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee
- Must be eligible for licensure in other states as required
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed in multiple states
- Previous experience in a high-volume pharmacy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible schedules including Saturdays if needed
- Prior pharmacy experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to push or pull medication carts and perform computer-based tasks
