A Quality Control person is responsible for the examination of products and processes to ensure they align with established quality standards. This role involves meticulous inspection, to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. The primary goal is to verify that all cartons meet the required criteria before reaching the consumer.Quality Control helps to analyze and rectify issues, contributing to the overall integrity of the manufacturing process. Their work ensures that the final product is reliable, and meets all necessary compliance requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on finished products to ensure they meet established specifications and standards.
• Document and report all inspection with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with other teams their findings.
• Evaluate the quality of product to verify compliance with company requirements.
• Place product on hold if it does not meet specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must have at least 2 years experience
• Good communication skills to address all issues and findings
• Must have basic math skills
• Very detail oriented.
• They must follow instructions.
• They must be able to work on their own without supervision.
• They must perform their tasks in a timely manner.
• They must have work in a warehouse environment and know all safety protocol.
• They must be aware of their surroundings at all times when working around forklift driver.
• They must have computer skills to do the following:
  • Communicate by email
  • Fill out forms in excel or word format, and or on paper
