Position: M&amp;A Specialist
We are expanding through acquisitions and need an M&amp;A Specialist to help source targets, analyze businesses, support due diligence, and assist with negotiations.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Identify acquisition targets in the home improvement and trades space</li>
<li>Analyze financial performance and valuation metrics</li>
<li>Support due diligence (financial, legal, operational)</li>
<li>Assist in negotiating deal structures and agreements</li>
<li>Coordinate with legal, finance, and external partners</li>
<li>Maintain deal pipeline and reporting</li>
<li>Assist with post-acquisition integration activities</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience in Merger and Acquisition, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or brokerage</li>
<li>Strong financial analysis &amp; communication skills</li>
<li>Organized, business-minded, and deadline-driven</li>
</ul>
