PRIOR REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. Seeking part-time (approximately 24-32 hours per week) deposits clerk/administrative assistant for real estate office in midtown Manhattan. Duties will include:
- Depositing tenant's checks into multiple entity bank accounts on daily basis
- Inputting, scanning, and upkeeping accurate tenant and payment information into our property management system (Yardi Breeze)
- Contacting tenants for: past due balances, assistance on online payment platform registration, repairs, etc
- Scanning, filing, mailing, and answering phone calls that come into the office
- Must be proficient in MS Office and computer savvy
- Prior knowledge/experience of QuickBooks Online
- Prior knowledge/experience with Yardi Breeze
