Join a dynamic team as an Assembler in a high-tech, clean-room manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for installing components using hand tools, navigating work instructions, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and fixtures to assemble WFE components.

Read and follow detailed schematics and computer-based work instructions.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily workflow and production schedules.

Adapt to changing priorities such as rework and pilot builds.

Verify part accuracy through visual inspections before installation.
-
Perform audits and close tasks with appropriate documentation and verification.

Install hardware according to Cell Fusion instructions and validate completion.
-
Maintain Lam's core values and demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Safety Responsibilities:
-
Complete all required safety and clean-room protocol training.

Practice safe lifting (up to 35 lbs), ergonomic movement, and use of proper PPE.

Follow all Lockout Tagout policies and use mechanical fixtures such as hoists and cranes.

Support a culture of safety by proactively identifying and addressing unsafe behaviors or environments.
Communication & Teamwork:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Engage actively in meetings, trainings, and shift handovers.

Communicate production issues and continuous improvement ideas effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and productivity.
Physical Requirements:

Lift/install components up to 35 lbs manually.

Frequent kneeling, crouching, squatting, and use of manual tools.

Work at heights and navigate tight machine spaces.

Use diagnostic software and distinguish between wire colors.

Comfortable using ladders and pushing/pulling dollies with up to 40 lbs of force.
Qualifications & Skills:

Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

High attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach to work.

Comfortable using computer-based tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Ability to learn and complete certifications for specific processes, tools, and equipment.
