The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with lifting boxes, and proficient with basic computer functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and organize boxes of files for scanning.
- Scan physical documents using provided equipment and convert them to digital format.
- Label, name, and store digital files accurately for future access.
- Ensure document integrity and confidentiality throughout the scanning process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in basic PC/computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, with consistent attendance and reliability.
