Lead Residential HVAC Service Technician
Pay Range: $45-$60/hour depending on experience
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | No On-Call Schedule

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems
- Serve as the technical leader for the service department
- Mentor and coach Service Technicians in the field
- Conduct ride-alongs and assist with technician development
- Support onboarding and field training of new hires
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Assist management with technical problem solving and best practices
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Collaborate with the Service Manager on scheduling priorities and technical training needs.
- Help implement new service procedures and promote best practices across the department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Clean driving record
- Advanced diagnostic skills
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
