Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom settings.
• Assist teachers with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor and document student progress and behavior.
• Support daily classroom operations and maintain a structured environment.
• Collaborate with school staff and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Any and all duties associated with each students individual needs including but not limited to feeding, toileting, changing, behavioral management techniques and de-escalation.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Paraprofessional Certification via ISBE
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable).
• Current TB skin test or chest X-ray clearance.
