Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom settings.
- Assist teachers with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor and document student progress and behavior.
- Support daily classroom operations and maintain a structured environment.
- Collaborate with school staff and participate in team meetings.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Any and all duties associated with each students individual needs including but not limited to feeding, toileting, changing, behavioral management techniques and de-escalation.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Paraprofessional Certification via ISBE
- Current Health Certificate (if applicable).
- Current TB skin test or chest X-ray clearance.
