Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite school-based position in West Dundee, Illinois. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Hours: Approximately 3540 hours/week

Caseload & Responsibilities
-
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from preschool through high school

Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
-
Address a range of communication challenges, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other service providers

Serve one or more school sites within the district

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district requirements
Requirements
-
Valid Illinois SLP license (or eligibility by the start date)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered with supervision

Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
