Job Description

6 month contract to HIRE opportunity

Onsite at the office in Whitehouse Station, NJ for the largest publicly traded property & casualty company in the world.

Roles/Responsibilities
• Downloading renewal analysis template with core information for Underwriting Assistance review 90 days prior to renewal
• Reviewing the policy Implementation document within 3 days of receipt to make sure it matches the quote
• Sending multiline policies /endorsements to be booked and issued
• Reaching out to brokers and overseas producing office for renewal information within 90-60 days of renewal
• Sending policy copies to brokers as requested
• Helping Underwriting Assistances / Underwriters review and resolve Work Comp criticisms
• Additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• 1+ Years of experience as an Underwriting Assistant
• Microsoft Office
• High School degree
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing high-volume workloads efficiently
• Strong desk management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain organization
• Adaptability to quickly shift focus and respond to changing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to compile, evaluate and interpret detailed information and data
• Strong data entry and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
