The Carpenter Apprentice supports experienced construction crews on commercial and residential remodeling projects while learning the carpentry trade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction with a stable, growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, demolition, drywall, trim, and general carpentry work
- Learn the safe and proper use of hand and power tools
- Follow direction from the Lead Carpenter and Project Manager
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Load, unload, and stage materials as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of construction or carpentry experience or a strong desire to learn the trade
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling
- Familiarity with tape measures, hand tools, and power tools

Monday–Friday, 7:30/8:00 AM to 4:00/4:30 PM
Projects located primarily in the North Metro suburbs (Elk River to Isanti), staying north of 694
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Isanti, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $30.00/hr.
