Key Responsibilities:
1. Canvassing & Lead Generation

2. Roof Inspections & Sales Process

Conduct roof and exterior inspections to identify hail or wind damage.

Capture and document findings using photo and inspection software.

Explain inspection results, service options, and roofing systems to homeowners.
3. Insurance Claim Guidance

Assist clients with understanding and initiating their insurance claims.

Attend insurance adjuster meetings to advocate for fair damage assessment.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular, professional communication with clients throughout the sales and project cycle.

Log all interactions, appointments, and job details in the company CRM.

5. Project Coordination

Qualifications:

1+ year of outside sales or customer-facing experience (roofing or storm restoration preferred).

Ability to confidently knock doors, inspect roofs, and close deals.

Comfort with climbing ladders a plus.
