We are excited to announce an opening for a Family Medicine Physician at our Urgent Care Center located in Duluth, Minnesota, driven by the growth in our community.

Opportunity Details

• The clinic operates from 10 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 5 PM on weekends.
• Full-time equivalent (FTE) options include:
  • 1.0 FTE = 150 hours/month
  • 0.8 FTE = 120 hours/month
  • 0.6 FTE = 90 hours/month
• Shifts are available in 12, 8, and 4-hour formats.
• We offer highly flexible scheduling, with calendars planned 3 to 6 months ahead.
• No on-call duties and limited holiday work; however, a commitment to at least one weekend per month is required.
• Common cases include:
  • Acute care for both adults and children
  • Respiratory illnesses
  • Minor injuries such as laceration repairs, incision and drainage, and foreign body removals
  • Musculoskeletal injuries needing radiology and splinting
  • Non-life-threatening trauma
  • Workman's compensation cases

• Located in northeastern Minnesota, approximately 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
• The service area has a population of around 460,000.
• Duluth itself has a population of 90,000.
