<p>Jusczak Repair is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Polishing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for polishing and finishing metal components for semi trucks, ensuring a high-quality appearance and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and maintains a strong focus on safety and quality.</p>
<p>Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Polish and buff aluminum, stainless steel, and chrome components on semi trucks</li>
<li>Remove oxidation, scratches, and imperfections from metal surfaces</li>
<li>Operate polishing tools, buffers, grinders, and related equipment safely</li>
<li>Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards are met</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals</li>
</ul>
<p>This role will be 1st Shift (Monday-Friday) with an optional modified first shift, 9-5:30pm (Tuesday-Saturday)</p>
