Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to work full-time within a K-12 school setting. This role involves managing a caseload of approximately 55 students across all grade levels, from kindergarten through 12th grade. The position is situated in Lodi, CA, and spans the current school year, offering a dynamic environment to make a meaningful impact on student communication and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' specific needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress and adapt interventions accordingly.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students, ensuring quality care and timely service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations, preferably within school settings.
- Ability to manage a substantial caseload while maintaining high-quality service.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
