MACH Technologies is hiring Machine Assembly Technicians who is ready to work in a fast-paced setting. We are looking for a person who is focused, ambitious, and ready to work in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and industrial equipment per drawings and work instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Install bearings, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and structural components
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Communicate issues or delays to supervisors proactively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience (industrial preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience with tools (drills, impacts, torque wrenches, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with conveyors, automation equipment, or custom machinery
- Welding or fabrication experience (a plus)
- Forklift or overhead crane experience
- Basic electrical or pneumatic knowledge
